Our company was founded by Jacob Murphy, who started with one account in North Carolina and a vision to provide reliable, high-quality transportation services. Jacob’s previous experience with industry giants like Student Transportation of America and ABM helped shape the foundation of our business. He oversaw regions with hundreds of employees, managing shuttle services for large universities and medical campuses, as well as school buses for expansive school districts.
Jacob’s expertise in employee engagement, compliance, and client satisfaction continues to guide JM Transportation Solutions, giving us the know-how to execute every service with precision. Our buses are equipped with both front and rear-facing cameras, continuously monitoring driver behavior and safety events to ensure the highest standards of safety for our residents. In addition to this, our solution features real-time GPS tracking, allowing residents to easily monitor shuttle locations and receive accurate estimated arrival times directly through our user-friendly app. We also implement electronic ridership tracking on all routes, providing valuable insights to optimize service efficiency and ensure a seamless experience for our residents.

We adhere to a rigorous hiring and vetting process to ensure that only the most qualified individuals enter our development program, which includes comprehensive behind-the-wheel training.
