JM Transportation Solutions is a leading provider of shuttle services for the off-campus housing industry, safely transporting over 1,500 residents across 15+ communities daily. Above all, we are committed to fostering an employee-first culture that nurtures and supports an environment where everyone can thrive. By prioritizing driver care, we create a meaningful impact on the residents we serve. We recognize that we are often the first to interact with residents in the morning and the last to connect with them in the evening.
Our buses are equipped with front and rear facing cameras that monitor driver behavior and safety events. Additionally, our solution includes real-time GPS, allowing residents to track our shuttles through an app and receive estimated arrival times for their locations. We also electronically track ridership on all routes.
Safety is a core value for us. We follow a rigorous hiring and vetting process before drivers enter a development program that includes comprehensive behind-the-wheel training. We understand that ensuring safety goes beyond skilled drivers—it also requires well-maintained vehicles. Our vehicles are placed on a preventative maintenance program to maximize their lifespan. Additionally, daily vehicle inspections are conducted electronically, and our technology connects to the vehicles’ engine diagnostics to provide real-time automatic alerts.
